With China reaffirming its global climate role and Brazil preparing to host COP30, the moment is ripe for collaboration. The briefing calls for joint action: a Brazil–China climate statement, high-level BRICS financing goals, a fossil fuel phaseout roadmap, and leadership that centers justice and multilateralism.
