Supporting food system change in China

China is the world’s largest producer and consumer of food. In 2019, the emissions produced bythis are around the same as the annual emissions of Russia, the world’s fourth largest emitter.

Over two years, we supported grassroots organisations in China working mainstream the production and consumption of healthy and sustainable food. As developmental evaluators, we help them learn and reflect on progress and challenges, and help their funders to keep track of developments.
